We do not accept refunds but where a product is found to be faulty/damaged or a client reports a reaction to a product, please contact us.

From 1 April 2026, the following rates will be applied to freight of asap products:

$8.00 + GST for Auckland (FRE-FREIGHT1 – FREIGHT CHARGE AUCKLAND AREA)
$15.00 + GST for North Island (FRE-FREIGHT2 – FREIGHT CHARGE NORTH ISLAND)
$17.00 + GST for South Island (FRE-FREIGHT3 – FREIGHT CHARGE SOUTH ISLAND)

Orders over $500.00 excluding GST will continue to qualify for free shipment.
